GCAA 2011-2012 Travel Soccer Tryout Information

Challenge & Classic Soccer Tryout Information:

**Tryouts are FREE if you register ONLINE at least 24 hours prior to tryout date, $5 fee for on-site / day of registration**

All tryouts are held at West View Elementary Soccer Fields

Boys & Co-ed
(If girls want to be considered for a co-ed team they need to attend these days as well)
May 23 & May 24
U09 - U11 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
U12 - U14 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Girls
May 25 & May 26
U09 - U11 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
U12 - U15 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Supplementals
Boys May 30 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (all ages)
Girls May 31 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (all ages)

**All players need to have cleats, shinguards, soccer ball and water. They are encouraged to attend both tryout dates**

Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow for check-in and to receive tryout number.

It's almost here - I'm getting butterflies!! I can't wait to see all the kids

 

The flier that came home yesterday in my child's school folder said "Classic and Challenge" tryouts. Is that right (classic)? Can you provide a list of the coaches for the different age groups?

 

Hi pocahontas .... Yes, that would be correct

GCAA was given approval for provisional classic level soccer in March. The final approval will be June 25 and we are very hopeful that this will come to pass and GCAA will finally be granted another level we can support in our community.

If you could please send (PM) your email address I will reply with the coaches we currently have signed up and what age groups. Since this is a public forum I won't post their names on here and I'm sure you understand that.

Anyway... hope this helps and hope to see you at the tryouts.
