Speeding ticket

    No it's not me. The person got pulled for speeding doing 75 in a 55. It was the Wilsons Mills PD. The cop who issued the ticket told them that they have to go to criminal court. He was writing it as a misdemeanor criminal offense. Can they use a prayer for judgement still? Advice will be appreciated sarcasm won't. And again it's not me.

    Probably best handled by an attorney under the circumstances.

    With the way the ticket was written I would also recommend an attorney.
