They are also planning to have music at the arts festival as well as other activities. Been speaking with a gentleman on the arts counsel the last few times I was in the flipside about the event.

He's a real nice guy,owns the Jewelry store around the corner together with his wife.

 

Hard to tell by the webpage what the event is... arts and crafts for sale by local artists? IF so, then cool!! I love 'local art'!! (Visual art as opposed to performing art? Not sure of my artsy terms ... don't mean to sound ignorant .. tho I am! *grin*)

 

As far as I know it will be all so called 'visual arts' such as jewelry,paintings,pottery,etc.
