Lady with sign on Cleveland Road

Everyday my husband and I drive by this woman standing on Cleveland Road at a house in front of Polenta Elementary and C3. She is holding a sign that has words written all over it. All we can read is 500,000 reward (I think). Anyone know what the sign says and what she is standing out there for?

Anybody think that she'd really be able to pay the reward, even if this crap were true and there was a conviction? :lol::lol:
