You know what, you can start any thread you darn well please, obviously YOUR fingers aren't broke either. And I don't give a rat's *** about Amy Winehouse. Just in case you think I would prefer to post about a drug addict waste of talent.

I did start one for Betty, B---- and I didn't see a response from ya there but you chose to fire a salvo at me in a whinehouse thread so apparently you care enough about her to respond to her thread.

Goody for you. Gee, you start crap fussing because someone posted a thread and wonder when someone says something back. Whether or not I posted has nothing to do with whether I respected the deceased or not.

No surprises from that news brief. I'm surprised one or two from the Hollywood scene hasn't turned up that way yet. Bad for her, though. Never been into drugs or alcohol but it'll will apparently get ya. Steve Clark from Def Leppard comes to mind as another Brit that checked out early with the same problem. He knew he had a problem and couldn't do a dern thing to stop himself. Sad.

Self destructive behaviors are sometimes successful. What hacks me off is the attention showered upon her, and the life of the local Army Reservist who was killed, Specialist Daniel Elliot will receive local awareness.

AW lived a lifestyle that paid her multiples of that of this young soldier, who, by all counts did the right things and did those things right. That she died is a shame. That her death is being so publicly commiserated is sickening.

Wonder how bad it'll be when Charlie Sheen finally reaps what he's sowed?

I find it very strange and do think there may be something to it.

while i agree that attention shown to a dead soldier would have more merit than what is being shown to winehouse, millions of people already knew who she was before she died. it's a function of collective conciousness, not disrespect for military deaths, imho. there are simply fewer people who knew or knew of the soldier, and therefore less awareness.

Actually she was quite talented, I have a few of her albums, unfortunately not much of a human being.
