Really, what if someone didn't know of all these apps, I am just trying to bring awareness. That is all. Stop being so negative.

The very first post was talking about an ipod touch which does have internet, apps and you can get them without a credit card. It tells you how on Apple's website. All I wanted to do with my post was create awareness, that is all. Apparently some people are taking offense to that. Children are vulnerable but at the same time can work electronic devices way better than most of us. My youngest was telling me that when she was in middle school they all knew how to get into facebook at school. They just figure things out and don't always realize the danger.

There is inherent danger in pretty much everything that kids can be exposed to. Always has been, always will be. Does that mean you will post a danger alert in every thread where a child is mentioned?

Pretty much just on the Internet. In real life, you'd proably hit us.

I would never hit anyone. I am kind. What is it with you guys not wanting anyone else to post. I have seen many times when yall get rude with posters, so childish.

I didn't say you were ruining your kids for life, THAT IS YOUR WORDS. I am just merely pointing out that electronics need to be monitored, that is all.

I understand your need to create awareness, really I do. But I can assure you that we here (and if you been lurking since 2004) are pretty informed grooup, rude or not. School is where your kids and mine learn all the good stuff. My boys were shown BOOBIES in the 4th grade by a genius who knew to type in the google search bar....of all things....BOOBIES....then images. Imagine the horror. Boys looking at boobies. (alright nerds on here, get back on the thread and off google )

And just for the record, none of the good stuff, like porn apps or gay material apps, is 'free' on itunes. My kids told me that. ;)

I wasn't being rude (but I will, if you want).

No one said you could not post. This is a free country, and a fairly free forum. You certainly have the right to post whatever you feel (within the rules, of course), just as I'm free to do the same. It could just as easily be said that you don't want anyone to post a reply to your post.

She didn't say you said that, she was saying (I believe) that she was waiting for someone else to post that.

There are 277 free gay apps, I just searched it on my apple device. Didn't bother searching the porn because plenty of those are free too.

Did you go into one, most of those are leader apps, you go into an app only to go to another that you have to pay for.

I'm really interested in what a "gay" app is and how it is corrupting kids. I am serious, I have no clue what constitutes a gay app.
