Where's the best place to obtain a pre-approval letter and or proof of funds letter?This would for the possible purchase of real-estate.Called our bank already but can't contact the responsible loaf officer until Monday Thanks in advance!
You get a pre approval letter from your loan officer if you are borrowing money to purchase real estate. You get a proof of funds letter from your bank or whoever is holding your money in an account if you are paying cash.
