Our whirlpool electric range kept on beeping while I was baking something earlier today and the display kept on showing EO and F2 messages,looked it up online and this is what I found:"It means that the key switch membrane is making contact when is is not suppose to. Or the key switch is shorted." It recommended to disconnect power for 60 seconds,which did the trick for a while,however the same thing happened again later. this happeend to my MIL over Christmas...all we did was flip the breaker on and off and it reset. worked fine.
