Yes, this was included in the Facebook IPO filing. It is a sort of manifesto and not the entire thing. There is no mention of privacy whatsoever. Also, have you heard about the concept that if Facebook goes public all users are due a share of the money? This is based on the fact that users have built/uploaded all of the content.
It sounds like an idea from the OWS movement, but not sure they could stay off their iphone twittering and facbooking to think that up.
