Just an FYI There is no longer someone who scans your returns at the Wal-mart on 42. You just go straight to the customer service desk. Maybe this info will help someone from looing stupid for 5 minutes in the entrance looking for the greated like I did today
Clayton is the same way. I stood there a minute the other night, but went on to the service desk. The girl at the counter said it's their new policy, no more folks standing at the door. Said something about safety reasons.
more like their stupid little machines didn't work, twice in the past 6 months i had to return something and both times stood there for at least 15 minutes cause their machine couldn't read the bar code to print out the little sticker:banghead:
LOL! No, really! They don't have door greeters anymore. Not at 4042 and not in Clayton. Not sure if it's company wide or not.
