On Main Street in Clayton there is a laundromat by Lee's gas station. I think it's actually called Lee's Laundromat. It's kind of run down, but they have the machines you are looking for and they work really well.
they dont have machines there big enough for comforters i go to the one in clayton by food lion they do

Yes, I think they were trying to open next week??? It will be so handy to have one in the area!! I need one for the same reason, wash a comforter!!
Same here! Waiting patiently for them to open the doors so I can take a couple of big things in! Our mattress cover is way too big for a regular washing machine and so is our Winter comforter.
