Subway or Holt Lake BBQ for lunch? Hmmm.... decisions decisions

I had Subway! it was outstanding! :cheers:

 

Well I had a hamburger from Holt Lake yesterday so.... out running errands and flew right passed Subway. I had a sniker bar instead (I hide candy in my desk) : )

 

Gotta wonder, "Maybe <person> really is just an idiot."

Vets taken for suckers

Went to the Vets Reunion in Charlotte Saturday. 6 dollars for fries, 6 for hot dogs, canned cokes 4 dollars. That's really helping our Vets:x

 

unfortunately at most of these types of places/indoor arenas etc, the concessions are run by agencies that control the prices - so it doesn't matter if it's a race or something else, the prices will be the same. :?

when my kid was in the WJHS band, the BPA worked concessions for the hockey games and other events at the RBC and the prices there are ridiculous!

 

You don't like paying $9 for a 22 oz. beer?

Prayin for that woman who's house burnt down last night off Creekstone. I heard all them sirens from my house last night.

 

garden planted now ready for some squash and peppers Plum tree is loaded again this year as well! I love summer, fresh veggies and fruit!
