What are those pipes they are installing along Cleveland School road east of Polenta?

I know they finally put up signs for it but I have not been able to catch what it's for.

    Thanks

Without seeing them, a guess would be water lines FROM the sewer plant, with reclaimed (treated) water. For irrigation, not drinking.

    Waterline for drinking water.
Do they look like 2" or 6"?
If it goes to a lift station than it's sewer(force main).

If they don't dump back into the Nuese river what's Goldsboro going to do for water?
