why would you want to interact more with people? it's been my experience that that's where the trouble always starts...

 

Progressive Insurance is the WORST! I've been on hold for 20 minutes already and the recording said my call would be answered in 6. All I want to know is how much I owe them since I cancelled my policy. It should not take this long!!

 

I agree, Progressive is hard to deal with. DH sold his motorcycle and getting the insurance canceled nearly required an act of congress. I won't be using them again.
