Has anyone seen that Trailer on Cornwallis that is spray painted
VACANT

Wonder what that is about?

 

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that someone is REALLY happy that whoever lived in that mobile home is no longer there.

I wondered about that myself. The trailer doesn't look as though it could have been recently occupied!

 

I think it was because I've seen several yard sales there in the recent past.

 

I saw that and wondered what was going on with that too...

 

Man, I drive Cornwallis every day and didn't notice! I'm gonna have to look tomorrow!

 

Me too, at least 4 times a day during the week for work. I need to start paying attention. :lol:

 

Saw it last PM - you cannot miss it..... Right Side headed towards White Oak.

 

I did!!!! Went down Cornwallis from 1010 to White Oak and didn't see a trailer !!!

 

Somebody's got to know the story. I'm dying to know.

It looks like they are demolishing it from the inside.

 

Me too... Maybe someone will find out the details and share.

 

I saw a "Moving Sale" a few months back, then for weeks there were yard sales. My guess would be the tenant moved out and left everything. Possibly not paying rent, judging by the spray paint. In the last few days it looks like they have been tearing that place apart, and burning stuff. I'm betting that the trailer will be gone soon.

 

The people were not paying their rent... So the police came to make them get out.. WELL they messed the inside up real bad... So the one who called the law.. NO NAMES.. Thought they would get the upper hand and bust the windows out and spray paint the side... SMH Now who really got the upper hand??? NO ONE! SMH some people just don't think things through.

 

It's demolished now.

 

Demolished as in down to the ground??

I just went by there Wednesday bout 1pm. They did it fast.

 

Yep, nothing but some piles of siding and dirt now.
