Nope. The company's name is nowhere on the lease. The individual receives a check from the company for $600 per month AS LONG AS they maintain a certain level of sales. If the individual falls short on sales, or leaves the company then they are stuck with the lease on the BMW. At least that's what I read on the internet.
Why is it that when I get a new phone number it belonged to someone that didn't pay their bills?
If they had paid their bills, they wouldn't have lost their phone and number for it to be assigned to you.
Speaking of New Jersey (from another thread)... I finally got around to watching last Monday's episode of Warehouse 13 (if you don't watch it, sorry I'm to busy to catch you up). In the episode, Claudia and Jinx have to go to Jinx home town in New Jersey. Jinx is a little more than hesitant to see his Mother. Claudia is wondering why and asks if it's because Jinx is gay. Jinx reply... "Puleeze, this is New Jersey, not North Carolina." Not that I really care how Hollywood views us, but I was taken a bit aback by the statement on a show I like so much.
Wow - I watch the show too (haven't watched the most recent one yet, got it dvr'd) but yes, that surprises me too! did he mean that in NJ they wouldn't be surprised (so he wouldn't be worried about it) vs in NC, they would?
Probably the fact that NC recently voted to amend the state constitution (in an effort to head off gay marriage proponents). NJ allows gay marriages. So, not going in to detail, but you'll like the episode, specifically the segment with Jinx and Claudia. Not going in to detail (as much as I'd like to), but you should watch it sooner than later.
My random thought: I recently drove to St.Louis to visit my parents. Now ... I really miss them! I've been away from home (far away from home!) for more than half my life, so it feels kinda weird to suddenly be missing them! I think I'll go make a phone call ....
My kids aren't out of school Friday!!! and it's Mule Days weekend!! finally, someone got some sense.....
Yep, but I don't know why they changed it this year. Half of the kids here in Benson won't be at school, anyway!
