didn't i see a show about that guy on TLC once? like obsessives about body image...i won't say he does steroids, but it looks like it. and if he's the guy from the documentary and i think he is, he ruptured his biceps working them out so much to the point that blood starting squirting out of them onto the floor. no photoshop, no surgery, but plenty of crazy...
