Going to Greensboro...any suggestions?

First time going to Greensboro...any suggestions on a place to stay and some good places to eat? We will be near downtown area (Washington Street)...

I haven't been to this place myself, but I bookmarked it after I saw Bob Garner do a piece on it on North Carolina Weekend. He made it look pretty good.

Stumble Stilskins....Corner of Green and Friendly downtown.

Natty Greens - downtown.

Village Tavern. Top notch best steak in Greensboro. (Puts Ruth's Chris in the McDonalds category)

Pollo Pizza and Pasta (New York Style Pizza)

Koury Center is a nice place to stay. Downtown Marriot.

Bonefish is in the same parking lot as mall and Koury Center.

 

Are you really trying to say that overpriced place is THE place to go? WOW. That was mean to them. You should apologize chicken skin.
