I don't know about local, but my Mom got a gold one she ordered online that is very nice looking for a medical alert bracelet. I can find out from here where she got it.

    Try roadid.com

Primarily for runners but many styles and custom engraved for 20$

Mom's was $$$ and that was before gold prices skyrocketed. She's also allergic to a lot of the metal used in that type of jewlery, so it was gold or nothing. :? Since she has a pacemaker and med allergies, she absolutely has to wear one.

I thought so too. you could even get the black 'more casual' one for t-shirt days and the silver one for dressy days. I love that the tag can be switched in between bracelet styles. Cute!
