If a man named Taylor Elliot Smith had a baby daughter and named -her- Taylor Elliot Smith ... would she be Taylor Elliot Smith, Jr?

If a daughter is named after her father, would it then still go Sr/Jr/III/etc.? At least until/if she got married or changed her name?
