Fatback?

    Where can I buy fatback,went to Foodlion and Lowes Foods but all they had was cured fatback and that is way too salty,I need it to make my own sausages.

    Thanks! I was thinking about trying their location at the Farmers Mkt. but was hoping to find it locally first.

    Try Edward's IGA in Four Oaks or Smithfield, or if you are near Benson/Dunn, try McLamb's on Hwy. 301.

    I was thinking more along the lines of the Farmer's Market that sets up on weekends in downtown Clayton.
