My neighbor recorded on his security cam an unidentified male wearing a hoodie and carrying a backpack going through our neighborhood last night from house to house and rifling through all unlocked cars. Evidently not his first time as when he got close to my neighbor's house and saw the camera he covered his face. Luckily we always keep our vehicle's locked most the time but other's in the neighborhood had theirs tossed. i live in Presley Pointe off South Shiloh.
