42 @ 50

I went over to the Lowes Foods at 42 & 50. There has been a sign across the street for a shopping plaza for years. Today I notice some construction vehicles parked there and on the sign for the plaza they had another sign that said under contract.

Any Ideas what they plan on putting there?

I saw that too. Doing soil tests it looks like. Probably a sale pending the soil tests.

 

I had asked one of the baggers in Lowes but he did not know.

I am not sure if I had heard it here but somehow I got the impression they were going to build a Target?

yes, Sheetz it is. pending soil test, then to planning. probably 1 year until const starts then another 6 -8 months construction. Coming soon Sept 2016.

 

Saw geo technologies people out there last Friday when I drove by. Looked like they had equipment for a perc test with them.
