Pickled Pig Lips - anybody had any lately?

Typically clients have food brought in all the time and they always ask if I have any food issues. I keep telling them I will eat just about any kind of food except Pickled Octopus!

I think I just found a second, however I suspect they both taste about the same! :ack:

 

Probably tastes the same as pickled eggs. All you can taste is the pickling. (Is pickling a word?? )

 

Part of the freak out with pickled octopus is the texture! Like eating nasty tasting rubber-bands!

 

The worst escargot I had tasted like rubber bands marinated in garlic after being kept in an old sock in a nasty old tennis shoe .....
