Exxon gas closed on Cleveland Road

Does anyone know if this business is closed for good? Are there plans for a new gas station to take its place?

Closed for about two weeks while new owner makes changes

 

Are there plans to reopen the pizza place too? Or maybe actually install a car wash in that vacant garage? Seems like a real waste of otherwise productive real estate.

Yup. I thought they were still open though.

 

3 Olives is still open even though the gas/convenience center won't open until 8/1.
