I am looking for an organization to donate a used VPAP machine to. I can't sell it or give it to anyone, because like a controlled substance, it requires a prescription to get one. I've tried some local charities, but can't seem to find anyone that takes equipment. Anyone have any resources?
Have you talked to any of the churches? I don't know about the piece of equipment you have ... but I know that many churches keep crutches, wheelchairs and other hospital equipment stored to lend out to folks as needed.
No, but they can't legally lend this out. It would be the same as lending someone some percocets, lol. Good thinking though...
