    They're supposed to be at the Taste of Cleveland tonite, maybe there will be some news there.

    unfortunately i am unable to attend taste of cleveland. please ask them when phantom restaurant will open. best wishes for a successful taste of cleveland. always fun.

    Howard was unable to make it, he was hoping to get his final permit to be able to both open the restaurant and participate in the The Taste of Cleveland but as of yesterday he was still waiting :(.

    Mannings just posted an update on Facebook that their Grand Opening will be on Oct. 17th.
