I have had great success with chiropratic care in the past so I am a believer. But my insurance has limited coverage. I'm looking for a no nonsense chiroprator. I'm not interested in suppliements, orthotics, basically anything not covered by insurance. Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

Dr. Ryan at Crossroads Wellness was amazing! I went to him for about a year after I was in a really bad car accident. He is the main reason I healed so well, for sure!

I second Dr Ryan! My daughter and I have both used him!

Dr Ryan is good, used to go to him. Currently seeing Dr Seay, because he's more convenient for my commute, he's located in Garner off of 70, across from Wake Med - he's really nice and isn't pushy! http://seaywellness.com/

Dr. Ryan did push orthotics that weren't worth the money I had to pay for them. Plus he had me coming in for many visits plus seeing the medical person there all the time. Just be willing to stand up and not get bullied into unnecessary stuff.

Not to get off topic, just a quick question
Bosoxfan, But isn't the Clayton Bakery the same people who owned the coffee/bakery shop behind the Smithfield's BBQ on 42 where the scuba shop is now?

Yes. Seems to me it was Cleveland Bakery & Coffee or something like that when they had both locations.
