Over on Cleveland School Road , To the left of and behind the used car dealer. The one that is next to the confederate graves? It's just about a half block off of Rte 42

Yup right there. That V shape between the used car lot and the storage lockers does not look big enough for town homes. but that is just my opinion

 

The property directly behind the car dealer is all one lot, 1.72 acres and owned by REGENSBURGER PROPERTIES LLC

 

Mini storage

 

The mini storage does have a recent permit.

 

Its all the same person. They are making Security Self Storage bigger and wrapping it around over to 1010.

A few months back I recall seeing a sold sign for the bigger part of the whole property. Now I do not see the sold sign. Any information on that? Thanks

 

Which property? I can only find one large property in the area that sold this year:
The large property next to the Mini Storage looks to be the same owner for a very long time.
