    between the new sub division across from the middle school, and now this, that's a lot more people/kids.

    Yep, lots of growth in the Triangle still. There's a few of these large PUDs popping up lately. There's a large one in Fuquay as well as one off 401 in Garner/Raleigh. There was that big one in Clayton for a while, but it's no longer on the table. Also River Oaks at 40/42 will be pretty big if it ever gets built.

    ...and why not? The rumor is the developer for the Winston Rd. Subdivision set aside land in the event the County wants/needs to build a new school. Seems like would be a good first step to solve the issue.
