Fiddleheads

    It's the time of year again that fiddleheads are in season, but I've yet to find them. If you see them in your travels to farm stands in this area, please let me know!

    BTW for those who've never seen them, they kinda look like curled up worms and taste like spinach!

    you better be fast. I used to be the grower at a big (yuge) greenhouse operation. we had 2-3 thousand ferns all the time. They will go from "fiddleheads" to fronds in 24 hours
