From Jezebel: Reporter Eric Nicholson writes that the video was shot by Jessica Rush at the Baylor Medical Center in the suburb of Frisco on Thursday. She was in the right place, bathroom-wise, but because she had on basketball shorts and has short hair, the dude had to check things out. “You didn’t look like a girl when I saw you enter,” he explains, from the door of the bathroom. “I thought you was...” “A boy?” Rush responds dryly. “Yeah, it was kind of confusing,” he says. The Obama Administration agency on Wednesday put North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory on notice that that state officials must confirm by Monday that they will not comply with or implement the law called House Bill 2. A letter from the Justice Department obtained by The Associated Press said the law violates Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, which bars discrimination in education based on sex. That could lead to North Carolina losing hundreds of millions of dollars in federal school funding.
When those who decided to pass this unconstitutional law lose in court they should have to pay the taxpayers back every dime it cost us to defend it and any money lost, due to businesses pulling out of our state. The correct term is now Gender Dysphoria DSM-5 302.85 (F64.9), which was left in the DSM because it is a treatable condition and as such is required to remain. The "disorder" reference in the title was eliminated to remove the stigma. The treatment can be up to and including gender reassignment surgery depending on the patient and the ability to cover the costs.

All McCrory can say is, “There can be a problem,” so of course they have to preemptively pass discriminatory laws to stop them. I'm looking forward to my new job, Checking Birth Certificates of people before they enter a bathroom. All bathrooms will have to have a pre-entry room for this to be done in.
I have heard they were getting those TSA scanners installed with which there was such a controversy a while back because they could "see" too much in all of the government buildings so they would have a visual "conformation" of the sex of the person entering. It was going to be completely computer operated to save money, but if there was a glitch in the system you might never get to use those facilities.
I wonder if my TSA Precheck will have me covered? Better yet my federally issued "Global Entry" credentials!
