Ham and yam 2016

This was the first time that my son and I went to the Ham and Yam event. May very well be out last. We arrived after 5 p.m., and wasn't long before the vendors starting shutting down,which was a disappointment. The music was good and seemed to be enjoyed by all, except for a few bad eggs not paying attention to their own unruly children.I would like to know the opinion of others who have been. Thanks!​

 

I believe you need to be there in the morning for the heart of the festivities.

 

It ain't the State Fair. It's a family oriented festival.

 

We went and enjoyed it. Got a great ham biscuit and some sweet potato pie. Parking was a bit of a pain but we expected it.

 

If we decide to go again,we'll try to get there a little earlier..
