Just saw the African-American beggar that "works" near Lowe's Home Improvement walking back to his car in the Lowe's parking lot. A fairly nice late model Lincoln. He did not seem to like it when I took a photo of him and his car. Business looks good for him. Donate with caution and prudence.
There was an article once that said if they try hard enough, most beggars can net over $60k a year tax free. In larger cities, it's closer to $100k a year.

Here's a new one. Coming out of the Wal-mart on the grocery side, there was an Indian (India) woman holding her child hand with her right hand and a gas can in her left hand. Pan-handling for money. She was wearing typical clothing most of us would relate to India.
