A smart investor would approach Nate at Simple Twist about creating a new concept there and bankroll him.
A smart investor wouldn't touch that property for a restaurant unless it is something with super low overhead that would be content with servicing a small base of customers who live nearby. The location stinks in my opinion just due to how it is primarily residential. I don't think anything with a higher profile like Simple Twist would survive there for long.
Beer hall on the corner with 2 churches and a daycare. Now that is zoning. I would love to see a K&W style cafe in the area. A jumpzone kids center would do well but not for a million dollars. Truth is the place is way way way overpriced for anything good to move in. I assume the 96acres on the west side of the I40 bridge near West View Elementary is over priced as well .
68 acres - http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/18497010/12025-Cleveland-Road-Garner-NC/ Not for sale right now.
Given the surrounding patterns of land use, it really needs to be some sort of misc office space or medical.
Interesting. Hope they get to work on the bypass road behind WalMart that'll connect to Cleveland School Rd.
What is the appeal of places like K&W/K&S cafeteria and McCall's? Am I the only one that dislikes these types of places......and for the record I am not a fan of Golden Corral type places either.
