Does anyone have a reciprocating saw that can cut through metal bolts? I have to take off the tank of my toilet to replace the mansfield toilet flush valve. I have been working on it for the past hour and can not get the rusted nuts undone. I am at the point where I just want to take a hammer to my toilet tank

    thanks

My friend has my dremel. If I can get it back I will try it. I tried hacksaw but couldn't get it between the tank and the bowl to well to cut the bolts. Cyanadon. Are you around at all on Monday and Tuesday?

I ended up calling Randy Parks (from another thread) and he came out and fixed it in under an hour. He had to use the reciprocating saw to cut the nuts off. He was very fair. He said it was because I had all the parts ready

I'm glad that he was able to cut your nuts off.
