I need a birthday gift idea for my wifes upcoming. She is 56, doesnt wear jewely, watching her diet, doesnt need cooking appliances. Cut flowers just wont do..... I have until october 8th. Help......
She likes her toes and nails done. I buy her gift certifs for christmas and birthdays. I was hoping something different. We have 5 kids, so sitter is kinda hard. Not trying to shoot down all your great ideas.
Who's her best girlfriend? Find out if you don't already know, call the lady, and discuss a plan for a "surprise" trip for the two of them to enjoy a night out. You pay for it and watch the kids. She enjoys some much needed quality time with her bestie, and no worries about who's watching the kids. Best part is, there's no sitter cost, you still spend the same as you would if you went out with her, but she comes home relaxed, the kids are in bed, and you reap the benefits. It will pay dividends.
Does she enjoy gardens? Maybe pick an area in the yard for you and your kids to all work on a new garden for her and put a nice garden bench or a swing there for her to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
That is a very nice idea. I have actually been working around the yard putting up landscape timber boarders. I will see if we can do something like that.
She told me today, she and some ladies are planning a trip to Maravian Falls, for some Spiritual time. I couldnt find her pedi lady, so I made a card with some cash. I Guess ill be home sitting with our troop that weekend. HAPPY BIRTHDAY....LOL
