Loud booms

any one else hear loud booms this afternoon? I heard one while letting my dogs out at home in South Plantation. And another about an hour later when I was coming out of Good Will at 4042

 

I had some bad Asian food earlier today, but it wasn't that loud

Heard it near 42/50. sounded like a tree falling close, or far off thunder.

 

Heard it near 42 and Government. Sounded like someone was playing with some Tannerite. But if it was heard that far away, then maybe a sonic boom?

 

Could it have been a deer hunter?

 

If it was...there is not much left of that deer.

 

Lol.

 

I hear booming all the time here in HC. We live close to the Bragg, so that's what I hear all the time.
