Saw this tday on LinkedIn and thought I would share . . . Before he died, a father said to his son; “Here is a watch that your grandfather gave me. It is almost 200 years old. Before I give it to you, go to the jewelry store downtown. Tell them that I want to sell it, and see how much they offer you." The only thing I seem to see on Linkedin of late are scammers who have hacked an account or made up a fake one to get connections ... "sweetie"... or the more real accounts just trying to sell lots of something, or find me the "perfect" job.
I agree on the jobs front, a couple of weeks ago a few folks in the MAGA crowd started to get political, fortunately that got shutdown.
Some of the Industrial Hygiene groups were hugely anti-Climate change so badly I dropped out of them. There was nothing dealing with actual IH testing or analysis in the discussions and the mods were not able or willing to do anything.
