Hi, My driveway needs crush and run or a gravel mix installation. Does anyone have recommendations? Thank you!
If you go to any local, landscape material supply company around here that carries crush and run or gravel mixes, they’d be able to recommend someone for the installation. We use Triangle Landscape Supply who carries crush and run and different gravel. I imagine you could also direct the delivery driver to release the load along your driveway, and just rake it out yourself too.
A good driver can set the gate of the dump bed and spread the gravel out as they drive and raise the bed which will require minimal manual work to spread.
It’s not hard for the homeowner to do, once it’s spread out on the driveway like that. I’m not sure what it would cost to hire somebody to spread the gravel out, but I’m sure you’d save a pretty penny doing it yourself, and get a decent workout in the process! Lol.
