I walked the other spaces yesterday to look at permits. The space next to the Wake Med (to the right) says "nail salon", so that matches. The next space to the right says "Restaurant take out only", would the Wing Stop be take out only? The one at White Oak has seats. The space next to Jersey Mikes doesn't have a permit posted and no work taking place.
Could it be a Chinese restaurant? Not really take out only but many times when you see a nail place there's a Chinese restaurant next to it.
I was looking into this property again and found a newer press release. Did they break ground in September? I don't recall seeing anything about it on the Planning Board meeting minutes.

Looks like it will be a 4 lane road north to south (US 70 to Timber) on that large property, with dedicated turn lanes at all the intersections. With another 4 lane road heading to the east to White Oak Road.
