I baked a ham over the weekend and need to use the rest of it up, so I thought I would check my Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook for a ham & scalloped potatoes recipe. Found several, but this is the one I'm going to try today:

    6-8 slices ham
    8-10 medium potatoes
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 cup grated cheddar
    1 can cream of celery
    Paprika

Put half of ham, potatoes, & onions in cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & cheese. Repeat layers. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover & cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4 hours.

    Doesn't that sound yummy? :D

    So, what are y'all having?

Baked chicken w/Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup, over white rice, with green beans.

I never have a problem figuring out what to have for dinner, it's breakfast I have issues with. LOL

We had a beef shoulder roast w/ potatoes & carrots. And some good green beans & biscuits.

Night before that... we did the same as SB pizza, but I passed on the miller lights. I had TEA! :D

I guess "What's for dinner" is a good question ... if I start thinking about it now, I might have something figured out by dinner-time ... :?
