I get to deal with a lot of insurance companies in my daily job and from what I've heard, Ameica (sp?) is really good. I've never talked to anyone that has them that has any complaints. Just my 2 cents. We have State Farm, but I'm not tickled with their customer service at all.

There are a lot of good companies out there.
    Hard to decide.
I am real big on customer service though.
If you are going to be rude to me, when I am trying to buy something from you, I would rather not get it from you.

God forbid you should ever need help and to have someone treat you like you are an inconvienence to them, a friend of mine has had that happen, her home burnt to the ground, and the lady that she spoke to would have rather done her nails then help her file her claim.
Never returned phone calls or anything.
    Bugs me big time.
I will call some of these people and see what I come up with.
    I'll Keep ya'll posted!

...and again, ditto. They've always been wonderful to me. Call Wanda at 661-0804 (Erie Ins/Norris Boggs).

We switched from nationwide to Liberty. I saved about $500 a year switching our auto and homeowers policies-that was about 2 years ago. I think I found their website first, then called them up.
