Okay, something does not add up here.

First, you are typically pregnant for 10 months, not 9 (40 weeks) unless you have issues.

Secondly, if she was pregnant then, it means she got pregnant sometime in the next few weeks afterwards in order to have had a baby by now. I know this because I am 9 months pregnant, 36 weeks. I got pregnant sometime in the beginning of April. She had to have gotten pregnant between the party 3-13 and the first two weeks of April.

I hate to be judgemental, but I have a hard time believeing that if I was gang-raped by 3 men, I'd feel like having sex with my boyfriend just a few weeks afterwards.

Like I said, something does not add up.

 

Well,at the hospital they gave her the "morning after" pill when she first claimed she was raped . So that clears those guys from that. She should have to pull some type of punishment for dragging these guys through the mud like she did. All she seen was a bunch a rich kids going to Duke. $$$$$$$$

7 days in a week X 40 weeks of pregnancy = 280 days. 280 days / 30 (average) days in a month = 9.33333333333333333333333 months of pregnancy. That makes your due date even sooner!

 

why would you want them to put her in jail she was just doing her job

 

Before you make comment you might want to try reading up on the whole story of what has and hasn't happened (allegiedly). And then decide on wheither or not her slander has ruined lives, wheither or not she is guilty of perjury, or of wasting the tax payers money with this frivilous case. Because so far they have shot more holes in her testimony and comments than you can shake a stick at.

I guess if someone got a six-figure settlement they could certainly claim it on their 1040. Not sure about its potential on their resume, but after stealing that much $$$$ away in their settlement, who in their right mind would look for another job anyway?

 

ABCNews is now reporting that she didn't give birth, but she is pregnant and will give birth in February.

I understand that you are usually pregnant for 9 months. 9 months is NOT 36 weeks. We have 4 weeks in some month and 5 weeks in others.
March 5; April 4; May 4; June 5; July 4; August 4; Septmeber 5; October 4; November 4; December 5.

Technically, there are about 4 1/3 weeks in every month, 13 weeks in a quarter, 52 weeks in a year. 9 months would be about 39 weeks. Let's give Jen a break, she's at least 9 1/2 months now, and the hormones are interfering with her normally very sharp thought processes. :wink:

Human women are not pregnant for nine months or 36 weeks. They are pregnant and average of 274 for a first pregnancy and 269 for successive pregnancies**. It just happens that 274 and 279 days equal about nine months.

Based on what i learned last semester in nursing school negles rule applies...date of first day of the last menstrual period, minus 3 months and add seven days.

Example

Lets just say the 1st day of her last menstral period was 3/13/06
minus 3 months = dec
plus 7 days = 20

so the estimated due date would be 12/20/06.
