    Hi:

I need to have 2 DVD players repaired. One is mobile and the other is not. Any suggestions on places to go or NOT go.

    Thanks

In all honesty with the prices now days of normal regular dvd players you are better off getting a new one than paying to have one repaired. I mean you can get a regualre non-portable dvd player for $30-$35 at wally world. It's gonna cost that much just have someone look at the broken one.

What else would you propose with a broken DVD player? It's not worth fixing, most likely. We are still using a DVD player that we bought at least 10 years ago and paid about $450 for, it still wouldn't be worth fixing if it broke. But as long as it works, I am not replacing it. However, it doesn't work any better than the $35 dollar one I bought for DS last year either.
