In all honesty with the prices now days of normal regular dvd players you are better off getting a new one than paying to have one repaired. I mean you can get a regualre non-portable dvd player for $30-$35 at wally world. It's gonna cost that much just have someone look at the broken one. Craig
What else would you propose with a broken DVD player? It's not worth fixing, most likely. We are still using a DVD player that we bought at least 10 years ago and paid about $450 for, it still wouldn't be worth fixing if it broke. But as long as it works, I am not replacing it. However, it doesn't work any better than the $35 dollar one I bought for DS last year either.
