Dunno. How much per hour and is it more than you made on your last job? What are the hours you have to work? What is the location of the job? What are the benefits? Is it business attire or casual? What are the personal habits of your boss? Do they match your 401k? No way anyone can give you any kind of reasonable opinion with only the info you have given.
to me it would make me feel that they dont value their employees, with doing things like changing your meeting with them! so i would have to say no unless you really really need the job and they pay very good!
Sometimes you gotta listen to the gut! I've learned the hard way that if an employer has high turnover, there is ususally a GOOD reason. My last position, (not the one I have now) I knew the first day I'd made a serious error in judgement, but felt it was too late and I despise to quit a job. I toughed it out for about 9 months until I finally just had it one day. Life is too short to work for crazy people!
