My family will be moving to the Clayton area in a few weeks and need all new doctors. I have been reading the posts here and it seems Dr. Riccobene is a very good dentist. I checked my health insurance's web site (we have United Health Care) and he is not coming up. I am assuming that means that he is not in-network for my insurance. GRR. :x Can anyone recommend another GOOD dentist?

ALSO can someone recommend a good ob/gyn? I tried to search old posts but nothing came up.... Maybe I am not using the right keywords....

    THANKS!

We use to have United Healthcare but our dental fell under Cigna. You may want to see if that is the same for your policy. Dr. R. does take Cigna.

Sorry to hear that Dr. Riccobene is not covered by your insurance. We love him. As far as an OBGYN, I have been going to Mid-Carolina located at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh for over 15 years. My main doctor is Dr. Stephens.

As far as the dentist goes, we've been seeing Dr Arthur in Garner (on Timber) for years, and they're pretty good there, just hard to get in quickly. My OB/GYN is Dr Holton, who is over by Rex also. He just moved in with another Dr, Dr Lane (I think that's how he's listed in the phone book, don't remember his new number) He is GREAT, and if he wasn't I wouldn't travel 1/2 hour to go see him.

Highly recommend Dr "Z" at Dr Lanes at Cleveland School / 42. Better half swears by, not at, Dr Marzbani at Johnston OBG in Smithfield.

Dr. Riccobene does take United Healthcare, that is who I have for insurance and I believe they just recently started taking it! Definitely call Dr. R. Everyone I have seen at his offices are wonderful!
I recommend Wilkerson OBGYN at Rex!
