What are they building?

    Anyone know what they are building on Hwy70 towards Smithfield on the right side. Its accross from where Skylines strip mall is. The frame is up. A friend told me its a Super target but I doubt it.

    I believe that is Ashley's Furniture due to open up in the Spring.
