Anyone know what this is?

I often wondered if they would buy something on that show. It never ceases to amaze me the garbage people bring on there and they say like "Oh yeah, its worth $30,000" or whatever. Most of it I would pass over for a nickle @ a yard sale.

 

I have a tough time believing some of the prices they quote on that show also.
