All Dog Lovers: I received the email below this morning from a friend of mine that works at NC State. I've called NC State Vet School and verified, and it is true. I'm trying to help out with this so please forward this information to anyone that might be interested. They're beautiful dogs!! Thanks. Lisa All, Laboratory Animal Resources at the Vet School has 9 dogs available to be adopted out immediately. These dogs have been offered before and we had no takers. These dogs will go to a terminal study if we do not have any takers before May 30th. We would much rather see these dogs, who have given so much to research, go to a good home to live out the rest of their lives but can not keep them here any longer. No Guts I haven't got the guts to look at the pictures. I will send your post to the rescue group I'm affiliated with. Although we are breed specific we are associated with many other rescues. Maybe someone can help... I'm a foster mom to abandoned/abused/unwanted dogs and they just keep coming and coming and coming................I wish I could help them all.
